		<description>I believe that teachers can only become better from learning from one another. The same as our students learn from us. They can&#039;t learn from just reading books. They need the experience that we provide them. Teachers and students both learn better from one another. Yes of course experience and time makes you a better teacher but not if you isolate yourself and keep your ideas to yourself. Spread what you know to everyone else!</description>
