I got it because I wanted to save money although I don't know if i love it all that much. 1st of all I had to get along distance number because they don't give out numbers in the city that I live in. So I have to tell people to beware if they don't have long distance on their phones. Although I must say that I am saving a lot of money. Paying 17 dollars a month is great! That is even cheaper than my cell phone and it has even more features. So I guess I could say I don't know if saving money is worth it either. My telephone at home is through Vonage.
